Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill: Now open at SanTan Village, this restaurant’s menu runs the gamut from spicy tuna rolls and nachos to pizza and fish and chips. With more than a dozen appetizers, small plates are the largest part of Thirsty Lion's menu. The drink menu features 28 offerings on draft and about 20 wines by the glass.
